RBK Global School, located in the Western suburbs, is a sterling educational institution affiliated with The Central Board of Secondary Section (CBSE) since 2012.

RBKEI’s Kanakia Kids is a new-age preschool in Mumbai which focuses on play-based learning to imbibe curiosity and encourage cognitive, social, physical, and emotional skills in the kids.

The vision of our Founder, the late Smt Ramabai Babubhai Kanakia, to offer affordable quality education, became a reality on 7th June 2000. Under the aegis of The Babubhai Trust, Bhoomi Pujan was performed with the blessings of our Guru Pujaniya Shri Morari Bapu.

From its inception, the school has grown into a premier institute. The well-lit and airy classrooms fitted with SMART boards ensure that all learning is technology-driven. Fully equipped Science Labs and Computer Labs provide students with hands-on experience.

A choice of sports activities, like Football, Basketball, Throw Ball, Tennis, Karate, and Judo is on offer in addition to Vedic Maths and Universal Concept Mental Arithmetic System (UCMAS). Performing arts like Instrumental Music, Western and Indian Dance, Creative Writing, and Drawing classes are conducted on weekends.

We nurture our students to blossom into responsible citizens by providing opportunities for holistic development so that each student reaches their full potential – and more importantly, learns to be a good human being who will make a significant contribution to society.

RBKGS is a new-age institution that focuses on a skills-based, student-centered, inquiry-oriented, personalized model of learning.

The curriculum developed is based on age-specific learning outcomes and helps children to explore their world in multiple ways. Learning is child-centric and is made authentic and meaningful through experiences derived from a student’s interactions with nature, people, and day-to-day things.

Early Childhood Education is the foundation for the lifelong learning experience and starting point for formal education. A child’s development is a gradual process. At RBKGS, we understand and respect that each child is unique and has different abilities and interests. We follow Theme-based learning, where each theme runs for a quarter, has integrated learning objectives for language, math, motor, and social skills development. It will be more transdisciplinary. Our curriculum objectives have been laid out as per the developmental characteristics of each age group.

Our focus is on a practical approach that prepares children to face real-life issues and succeed in their future endeavors. We create an ideal environment through which learners become competitive and are educated for knowledge creation, lifelong learning, and leadership. The curriculum at this stage is designed to promote healthy study habits among the learners. Apart from the essential emphasis on the 4 R’s (namely – reading, writing, recitation & arithmetic) students also develop skills of discovery, observation, classification, collection, drawing inferences and the like. Subjects like English, Hindi, Mathematics, Computers, Sports, Yoga / CORE and Western Music for Grade 1 to 8, Value Education and Counselling sessions are part of our daily class time-table. The methodology adopted in this level enhances cognitive skills like recognition, discrimination, analysis & problem solving which develop higher-order thinking and reasoning abilities.
